Return and exchanges
At ZYHLA, we commit ourselves to serving our customers with the best products. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects, and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products. With that in mind, our Returns Policy is below.

We accept returns/exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your order. Unfortunately, the customer will take care of the shipping costs for the exchange and/or return.
*Please note that items purchased on sale or during promotional periods are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
The deadline for return/exchange may last a few days. As soon as we check the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you. Keep in mind that the return will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.

How to process a return?
Send us an e-mail to zyhlacontactus@gmail.com with the order number and a form of contact (email and telephone number). If you are returning your piece because of a defect on your order, you will have to attach pictures of the product.
Once your return is accepted, please send the return package, including a paper with your order number and your name inside the package so we can identify it.
Sending returns in the same condition as received is mandatory. Within the original packaging and order number. If the garments are received in poor condition, the return will not be made. The state of the garments (makeup stains, aromas, etc.) will be very rigorously monitored. The item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging.
If the garments are received in poor condition, the return will not be processed. ZYHLA reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.
