The courier is responsible for the physical delivery of the package. In the event that a package is marked as "delivered" by the courier but has not been received, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier and take the necessary steps to locate the shipment.

To process a return, email zyhlacontactus@gmail.com with your order number and contact details, including photos if the item is defective. Once approved, mail the package with your name and order number inside. Items must be returned in their original condition—undamaged, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached in the original packaging. We rigorously inspect all garments for stains or odors, and any items received in poor condition will not be processed. Zyhla reserves the right to reject any returns that do not meet these requirements.
